Hello dear Tea-lovers,
Welcome to the largest tea family of the world. Despite our humane differences such as religion, language, race and life style, each of us is a member of that large family which is mentioned with billions. Our togetherness with tea while working or reading, at home, work, school, in picnic , that is to say, in the each moment of the life and day is out biggest common ground. Çaynağme is the other name for our common ground and togetherness. Being a combination of the words “tea” and “melody”, Çaynağme derives its name from the Tea Master, who interprets the tea with the tunes which belong to the classical Turkish music. According to that philosophical tea doctrine, the tea which is brewed by obeying its true methods is a musical work which is performed properly. This work, in a slim waisted tea glass (or tiny tulip shaped glass), becomes a tune which gets its lyrics from tea leaves and its composition from the tea master. Tea, the water of life, is sometimes brewed in the tune of Hicaz, sometimes Nihavend and sometimes Hisarbuselik.
